Our guests´ and employees´ safety is our main priority.

With the new reality of COVID19, Club Seabourne has implemented an enhanced cleaning protocol with Procter and Gamble Disinfectant Products, to minimize risk and increase safety.

Our Cleaning and Disinfecting Plan is in accordance with the requirements of the Center for Disease Control (CDC - www.cdc.gov), World Health Organization (WHO - www.who.int), OSHA, PROSHA, Puerto Rico Tourism Company (www.discoverpuertorico.com) and Puerto Rico Health Department (www.salud.gov.pr).

Our team has been trained on the new protocols of hand hygiene, guest room and high contact surface area disinfectant procedures. There is still ongoing training in place following new guidelines of the CDC and local government information. Common areas are disinfected frequently with special attention to the front desk areas, restaurant, pool, bar, lobby bathrooms, kitchen and door handles. Puerto Rico is committed to becoming the new gold standard in destination health and safety, and in Club Seabourne we are ensuring your safety and wellbeing. HEALTH AND SAFETY

We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of all our guests and team members. To ensure that you enjoy your stay while following the new prevention measurements, we have summarized important details of each stage of your visit. We appreciate your help and we hope that you enjoy your visit to Culebra with these safety measures.

Before your arrival:

  • Please send us, via email, within two days before your arrival date the TRAVEL DECLARATION AND CONTACT TRACING FORM download here

At your arrival:

  • If we pick you up in Culebra, before entering the courtesy car, our team will disinfect your luggage and shoes.
  • If you arrived by your own, please wait in the entrance of the main building for the disinfection process.
  • Before entering the hotel, our Security & Health Official is measuring the temperature of all guests checking in. The officer will conduct a temperature screening to ensure that every guest who enters the property does not have a 100.4F or higher temperature. In case this happens, the hotel officer automatically is activating the protocol for you and your family.
  • Please be advised, that the use of masks in all common areas is required. In case that you forget yours, please contact us for a courtesy mask for your stay.
  • All papers related to your check in are going to be sent to your email for your signage. Please return them to the front desk through This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

During your stay:

  • We offer hand sanitizer dispensers for your use during your stay, through all common areas and inside your room.
  • We recommend that you wash your hands every 60 minutes for 20 seconds.
  • Don’t forget to take a look at our Health and Safety Signage around the public areas.
  • We are using the Procter and Gamble disinfectant products, EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) approved.
  • Our team have been trained on the new protocols of hand hygiene, guest room and high touch surface area disinfectant procedures. Common areas are disfinected frequently with special attention to the front desk area, restaurant, pool, bar, lobby bathrooms, kitchen, computers, and door handles. Your room is disinfected and sanitized prior your arrival and on a daily basis.
  • Please maintain the personal distancing of 6 feet at all times. To comply with social distancing we rearranged tables and chairs setup, and we encourage all guests to make reservations in advance for the breakfast time between 8:00 - 11:30 am in our Restaurant located in the main building. Our pool is open from 8 am - 8 pm. Pool towels will be provided in your room. Please be advised to take your used pool towels back with you to your room. You will find an outside towel rack in your balcony for that use. Our team is using protective masks and gloves during working hours; during Breakfast time and Bar service they are using Face Shields. - All our employees are part of the Wellness Check Point on a daily basis. Our Security and Health Official, check temperature and monitor employee health before starting every shift.

At the Check Out:

  • We will send to your email your check-out account. Please sign all documents and credit card slip, and send to us at This email address is being protected from spambots.   • Please leave the room key inside your room over the side night table before your departure.

We have available in our Manager’s Office a copy of our Cleaning and Disinfecting Procedures Manual, in case that you want to take a look or make any reference.
