The Villa's multiple terraces are comfortably accommodating with multiple hammocks and outdoor open/roofed kitchen/bar right above dock facilities. The Villa is fully furnished, just bring your beach towels!

Price: $850.00 per night + 9% room tax
15 people maximum capacity on full Villa with two available folding beds.

Upper level / 4 bedrooms/2 baths:
Star-up price: $550.00 per night + 9% room tax for a group of 4.
Additional person $50 per night + 9% room tax. Maximum capacity upper level: 9 guests.

Master bedroom: bath/shower, king bed.
Bedroom #2: full size bed.
Bedroom #3: bunk beds/two twin size mattresses.
Bedroom #4: three separate twin size beds.
Hallway bath/shower.
Fully equiped kitchen.

Dock facilities:
Villa Pelicano rates per night includes the use of the dock for one boat per group renting the house. Available additional dockage for boats at the Villa's dock facilitis is $2.00 per feet/per boat/per day. Must make prior arrangements for your boat/s with your reservation.

Inclusive:
All Villa guests may use Villa Pelicano kayaks at no additional charge, as well as Club Seabourne pool facilities.

Catering, Food & Beverage:
Special services from Club Seabourne with prior coordination with front desk, may include for your culinary enjoyment, the delivery of award winning plates and/or a wide selection of wines for purchase. Ask front desk for details and restrictions.

Villa Pelicano is available for weddings, family, corporate or special group events.
