The RestaurantOur restaurant, the only Novo Latino Tropical on Culebra, features a state-of-the-art menu. Enjoy your dinner in the 36-seat screened-in porch with very nice benches for your comfort. Menu highlights include Culebra Fresh Lobster, Snapper Pionono, Chicken stuffed with Spanish Sausage and Monterey Cheese, Seabourne Paella, homemade desserts, kids menu and a delicious variety of appetizers like Shrimp Puff Pastry, Scallops with a lime, ginger and mango mojo, Stuffed Crab, among other options.
The BarArrive early and grab a drink or enjoy one of ten options of wines by the glass at this popular poolside gazebo with full service bar. The bar at Club Seabourne is well known as the House of the Mojito. It is the only restaurant & bar under the Rums of Puerto Rico Program and serves the Island’s largest variety of Rums cocktails.
The Wine CellarThis is the only place on Culebra where you can enjoy a private dinner and wine tasting experience inside an actual cellar. We have over fifty labels of fine wine from all over the world. The Cellar is ideal for Private events and Corporate Meetings. During low season, Club Seabourne restaurant is open for daily a la carte breakfast and for lunch packs orders. For dinner, please refer to the manager on duty for suggestions of restaurants at town. |
